Delete your account

In the app

Open KinNest, go to Settings, then Manage Account. Under Account removal, choose Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.

By email

If you can't open the app, email privacy@iphenna.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my KinNest account". We'll confirm your identity and process the request.

What is deleted

Your account and personal data are deleted. Information in a shared family, such as records both parents contributed, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first to avoid further charges.
